Independently Operated Rentals
Renters must attend an orientation with a designated staff member to learn about space access, lockbox use, and setup/exit procedures. Renters are responsible for ensuring proper lock-up and are liable for any damages. Studio A (Mirrors): $50 for classes $40 for rehearsals Studio B (No Mirror): $35 for classes $25 for rehearsals NOTE! Studio B Has Marley floors. Please adhere to the following rules for studio B: No heels, No platforms, No food or drink allowed on the floor (accept water), No baby powder Studio C (No Mirror): $20 for classes $15 for rehearsals |
Facilitated Rental
No orientation required! A staff member will assist with setup and exit procedures. Studio A (Mirrors): $65 for classes $55 for rehearsals Studio B (No Mirror): $50 for classes $40 for rehearsals NOTE! Studio B Has Marley floors. Please adhere to the following rules for studio B: No heels, No platforms, No food or drink allowed on the floor (except water), No baby powder Studio C (No Mirror): $35 for classes $30 for rehearsals |
To request a studio rental, follow the steps below:

-Which studio you would like to book
-Details on what you will be using the space for: Class/Workshop or Rehearsal?
- Independent or Facilitated Rental?
Please keep in mind that whatever time you need for set up and breakdown must be included in your rental time. We recommend booking at least 15 minutes after the previous booking in the space to allow for transition time between bookings
Cancellation Policy: There is a $7 service charge for rentals cancelled earlier than the 24 hours prior to the booking. There are no refunds for rentals cancelled within the 24 hour window prior to the rental
