Terms:
- -All participants pay a $100 registration fee, unless membership is purchased through a special sale
-All membership discounts through sales only apply for the time period designated in the sale terms. Prices return to standard rates at the end of the sale period as designated through the sale terms - Participant understands that by participating in MoveMakers Philly's Premium Memberships, they are committed to a season-long commitment. If a participant opts to cancel during the season, the participant agrees to abide by MoveMakers Philly’s cancellation policy.
- Participants agree to the full term of programming which starts at the first month of membership and lasts until June 14th
- The month of June is half off the participants regular monthly membership price
- The participant agrees to abide by MoveMakers Philly 30day Cancellation notice policy, which states that memberships will terminate 30days after cancellation notice. Memberships cannot be canceled with in 30days.
- Late cancellations will be approved only via $85 late cancellation fee, meaning if a participant wants to cancel within 30days, $85 must be paid in order to honor the cancellation.
- No cancellations are permitted after the month of April 2025, all memberships must be completed through to June 14th.
- Membership payments are non-refundable and non-adjustable
- All membership auto-payments are set for the 1st of each month. Membership payments are non-refundable and non-adjustable. For cancellations, billing will stop after 30 days of the cancellation date. Memberships are set to run through June 14th of the current school year.
Class Level Breakdown:
Minimovers Class (ages 3-4)
Mini Movers classes are for students 3-4 yrs. This level can also be suitable for new 5yr in case they need more time maturing before entering the 5-7 years class.

Entry Level Classes (Ages 5-7)
Intro to Hip Hop for ages 5-7: This level is for kindergarten to second grade. Less mature 5 year olds might be placed in Mini Movers if they do not show strong adaptation within a month of participation. Latin Social Dance 1 & Beginner Break Dance & Gymnastics: These classes are recommended for students 7 years and up; however, mature 6 year olds may try. Students 6-7 will be in class with 8-10 yrs children of similar experience level |
Entry Level Classes (Ages 8+)
Hip Hop Basics & Latin Social Dance 1 & Beginner Break Dance & Gymnastics: The above classes are appropriate for students 8-10yrs. Students will be in class with 6-7 yrs children of similar experience level. 11+ Hip Hop All Levels: This class is a good recreational option for students 11+ of various levels. Class content will allow beginners and more experienced students between the ages of 11 and 17 to dance and exercise teamwork and leadership skills. Families with 11 year olds and above that want more challenges and regiment are recommended to consult [email protected] about intermediate level classes. |
Intermediate & Advanced Classes
(if you haven’t been admitted to the classes listed below before, you should first consult staff on whether it is appropriate) Intermediate Classes: Intermediate Hip Hop & Breaking Hip Hop Choreography, Funk Styles, House Dance, Gymnastics, Breaking, LSD II, Advanced Breaking These classes are intended for more serious students who are dedicated to practicing regularly in order to advance their ability and understanding of hip hop dance culture. These classes review important techniques and concepts that are applicable across intermediate and advanced levels. These are collaborative environments in which participants are expected to build up others while maintaining personal drive to improve themselves no matter the class content, basic or complex. |
